Can you believe it's already 2010?! Wow! 2009 was a big year!!
So what happened in 2009?:
- Chris and I became Godparents to two beautiful little girls, Kelsie & Shanyn. :)
- Started our baby steps to being debt free! ...and still working on baby step #2
- My best friend Michelle visited from Philly for Baby Bake! It was such an awesome weekend! (Looking forward to this year's baby bake to be even better!!)
- Got thrown a couple of curve balls...which ended up being for the best!
- Taylor Swift concert at the Rodeo!
- My wonderful boyfriend threw me an amazing surprise party. Best birthday yet!
- Went to Dallas several times during the summer & had an absolute blast!!
- Rented a party bus for Chris' birthday. Enough said! Lol!
- Chris got a new job!! We love Airgas!!
- Sold the jeep. Bought a new truck.
- Chris surprised me with an amazing anniversary weekend in Dallas! Britney Spears Concert, UFC, a Mercedes, and lots of fun!
- We had our first (and definitely not last) NASCAR experience.
- Traveled to New Orlean's. :)
- Had another party bus for Halloween...and surprised everyone on board by going to Austin!
- Completed my first half-marathon! (With VERY little training...not a good idea). lol
- BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!
2010...looking forward to:
- Fixing up our new house!! New bathrooms & kitchen! :)
- Continuing the baby steps, and getting more debt free!
- Sticking to my New Year's Resolution...get fit and healthy!
- Eating more vegetables, and less pizza.
- My cousin having her first baby! (Love you Baby S)
- NASCAR x 2
- Traveling more with Chris
- My grandparents' 50th Anniversary!
- Baby Bake, Oyster Bake, & Fiesta
- Running more half-marathons, and possibly the full in November.
- An extra week of vacation! Yay! 3 years with DHR=3 weeks of PTO.
- Our next Anniversary! Officially, 6 years. Unofficially, 7!
- Christmas!!!! We are going ALL out this year since we kinda skipped it last year. :)
I'm sure there is soooo much more to look forward to, and I can't wait to see what 2010 has in store for us!!
